Our service technicians go through a structured maintenance checklist to ensure the automatic door operator is compliant but also meets ‘best practice’ when it comes to safety.
All maintenance reports contain details of completed work and will be emailed to you upon completion of service.
Upon entering into a service plan our technicians will complete a complimentary audit which you can use it in your asset register.
Audit includes door location, serial number, make and model of operator, install date (if known), condition of motor and components.
Our planned or preventative servicing and maintenance is undertaken on a contracted basis.
